Since the first Ghost R1s started arriving, we've been doing one thing above all else: listening. We’ve been right there with you in the Discord channels, reading every build log, and watching every review.

Let's be direct: for some of you, the out-of-box experience hasn't lived up to the standard we promise, or the one you deserve. We've seen the feedback on everything from the power button feel to panel tolerances that weren't quite right.

Your passion is what fuels this brand, and your honest feedback is the most valuable tool we have. You’re not just customers; you’re our collaborators. We know how frustrating it is when a final detail isn't perfect, and for that, we are genuinely sorry.

Our obsession is creating the ultimate SFF canvas for your build. That obsession doesn't end when a product ships. Here’s our commitment in action:

For Our Batch 1 Builders

If your R1 isn't perfect, we want to fix it. It's that simple. Please get in touch with our team at support@louqe.com, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

A quick note on logistics: our initial stock of spare parts has already been claimed. New, improved replacement parts (including that power button) are already in production and will be ready to ship with the next batch. We'll send them out to you free of charge, and there's no need to send the old ones back. Keep them for a future mod — we'd love to see what you do with them.

Leveling Up for Batch 2

Your feedback isn't just going into a spreadsheet — it’s the blueprint for the next production run. We’re rolling out some major upgrades:

• A Redesigned Power Button: We've re-engineered the entire assembly for a more stable, tactile, and satisfying click.
• Fort-Knox Packaging: We designed completely new packaging from the ground up to ensure your case arrives absolutely pristine. The unboxing should be as flawless as the design.
• Tighter Tolerances & QC: Your reports have been used to refine our QC checklist, ensuring the fit and finish on the next batch is dialed-in perfectly.
